Making A Purchase

We honor American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Debit cards displaying a Visa or Mastercard symbol are also acceptable. Credit cards are the preferred & requested method of all order payments at Uniform Corner.

We do not accept checks, money orders or PayPal for online transactions. Checks or money orders are accepted only when received through traditional mail included accompanying a completed order form from our catalog. We do not provide C.O.D. services. A payment up front in an acceptable form is required for all orders as necessary to validate & begin processing.

You may order via internet, fax, phone & traditional mail.

We do not currently charge or bill on account to customers out-of-state. However, if you are an office, organization or business located within Alabama, you may apply for a corporate charge account subject to credit approval. Please call 256-539-0155 or 1-800-369-2507 to request a credit application.

Probizwear.com/Uniform Corner would like to suggest that our customers always buy solid colors within the same brand to better insure that your colors will match, however no dye baths even within the same manufacturer are guaranteed to be exactly alike.

Also we urge you to check the size chart specific to each of your items before you purchase, as our lines will vary in inches between them.
Shipping And Handling

We ship 1-6 piece orders via USPS Priority Mail and 7+ piece orders UPS Ground.

[UPS Ground only on first completion of an order. Does not apply if order is divided into more than one session of shipments ]. Please choose your shipping accordingly, as we do not ship larger orders via USPS.

Returns subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped USPS Priority Mail ONLY. At this time we do not accept orders outside of the United States.
Delivery Schedule

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your shipment to arrive, however we complete orders as soon as possible in all cases. Non-stock or backordered items require this time due to their special order nature & the variety of styles/sizes and colors we are able to offer. In-stock merchandise is shipped within 48 hours.

Monogramming will extend your shipping policy 5 business days. Please note any monogrammed or altered item cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We strive to complete & ship your order to you as quickly as possible. Our merchandise is reordered regularly from the manufacturers.
Tax Charges

For orders made Alabama 8% tax is added. All other orders are tax free and you should click the exempt button to reduce tax to zero.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.

Probizwear.com does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Returns Policy

A return/exchange form is enclosed with your shipment giving details of the exchange process. Please fill it out according to the instructions & include it with your purchased merchandise. If you have lost or did not receive this form, please contact us & we can fax you a copy.

We cannot provide a return or an exchange for any of the following:

Any item that does not have original tags
Any item that has been worn/washed
Any item that was not purchased through Probizwear.com
Monogrammed or screenprinted apparel.

We do not refund original or return exchange or return shipping & handling costs unless you receive an incorrect item or a physically flawed item from the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping & handling costs in the event of return or exchange and any differences in item costs if applicable.

All orders meeting the requirements to receive free shipping are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee if returned.
